These days, buyers are asking about Wi-Fi in the area they’re looking in; is it sufficient for streaming and Zoom meetings? They’re also looking for a dedicated office space, and often want it to be soundproof. Before the coronavirus hit, we would have said to stage all bedrooms as bedrooms because the more bedrooms, the better. Now, buyers are hoping to use a bedroom as an office because it’s quieter and more private, so remember this when you’re staging your house.
